Ricerchiamo per la sede di Milano un/una Account Executive che, a riporto del Country Manager, sarà responsabile del raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita.

La sfida sarà creare e garantire delle parternship con importanti clienti a livello globale (settore marketing o agenzie). Bisognerà mettere in campo le proprie conoscenze del processo di vendita e forti competenze relazionali.
Laurea in Marketing, Economia o in Business Management e un’esperienza precedente come sales nel settore digital marketing di almeno 3 anni.

What are the main responsibilities of the Account Executive?
The main responsibilities of the role are the following:
- Selling will be mainly focusing on the Media Activation SB line of business;
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads;
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects and Clients;
- Negotiating all Contracts/Insertion Orders with prospective Clients;
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders;
- Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly;
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects;
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs;
- Understanding and promoting company programs;
- Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments;
- Meet and/or exceed quotas;
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort;
- Identify areas of growth where Clients may leverage additional Silverbullet products and services;
- Market Ecosystem
- Fully understand the marketing and advertising technology ecosystem, and always be up to speed and knowledgeable about the latest developments in the industry at a global level;
- Understand where Silverbullet fits into the industry ecosystem, evaluating points of strengths and potential weaknesses to mitigate.
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales;
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience;
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics;
- Knowledge of the advertising value chain;
- A commitment to excellent customer service culture;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with Clients;
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks;
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to adopt a consultative approach to revenue opportunities;
- Willingness to continuously learn new digital technologies;
- Good understanding of both English & Italian;
- Availability to travel (when Covid-19 restrictions will allow it again)
Additional useful experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field;
- Experience pre-sale support and account management;
- Experience to work in a team;
- Experience of working in a startup environment;
- Other languages

- Solution-led and able to independently set your own tasks and independently manage Client and prospect relationships
