Un HR BUSINESS PARTNER per la sede di MILANO con la possibilità di trasferte sui magazzini. Il profilo ricercato sarà responsabile delle daily HR activities con diretto riporto al Country Manager.

Creare e gestire in maniera indipendente il dipartimento HR confrontandosi con un ambiente dinamico e sfidante.

Must have?  

Almeno 5 anni di esperienza come HR Business Partner e pregressa esperienza di 2 anni nel Recruiting. Conoscenza della lingua inglese fluente (minimo livello B2). Nice to have pregressa esperienza nell’ambito della logistica/supply chain.

KEY ACTIVITIES

The Human Resources Business Partner is located in the Milano office and is responsible for the daily HR activities within the SDS Italy organization. In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Country Manager.

  • Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit;
  • Coordinates and performs recruitment for the business unit in charge;
  • Proactively advises, coordinates, and supports the delivery of all other HR Processes (e.g., contract management, performance management, learning and development, retention, case management, etc.) for management and staff;
  • Builds a strong business relationship with the business stakeholders;
  • Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implements changes necessary to cover risks;
  • Facilitates the management team to bring the best solutions for employees;
  • Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management;
  • Challenges the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes;
  • Manage the Outsourcing agency relationships for the warehouse employee (when applicable).

PROFILE – COMPETENCE

For this role, we are looking for an enthusiastic HR professional with strong communication skills and cultural awareness. You are flexible, goal-oriented, and well organized. Independency, as well as team spirit, is required for contributing to the HR team.

We are looking for a colleague with:

  • A Bachelors / Master’s degree in HR or related field;
  • 5+ years working experience in a generalist role out of which 2 years of experience with recruitment;
  • Experience managing outsourcing agencies;
  • Good knowledge of local labor law;
  • Strong Team player with communication skills;
  • Project management and change management skills;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong time management and ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • Fluent in Italian and English;
  • Excellent MS Office and Excel skills;
  • Experience with Workday (preferred).
